Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide with tracking on all orders.
How fast will my order be shipped?
We pack orders daily and your products will be shipped within two to three business days.
What is the return policy?
All orders are final and cannot be exchanged, however if your product arrives damaged please take a photo and email us at info@midnight-culture.com

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed you will be emailed an order confirmation, if the shipping type selected includes tracking you will then receive a second email containing your shipment details and tracking number. (Please note the tracking number confirmation email may take up to two to three days to arrive as the tracking number is generated once your items are scanned in with the courier)
When will I receive my order?
We pack orders same day to get them in the mail to you as soon as possible, we offer standard and express shipping to provide both a faster and more cost effective way of shipment depending on your preference.
Standard shipping within Australia is expected to arrive within 7 business days. Express shipping is expected to arrive within 2-4 business days.
All international standard shipments are expected to arrive within 7-14 business days. Express international shipping is expected to arrive within 5-10 business days.

Why does my cart convert to AUD (Australian dollars) ?
Midnight Culture is an Australian website, you can browse through our shop in your chosen currency and view your cart total in this currency. However upon check out it will automatically convert your currency into Australia Dollars.
